  1. Well, I read the first chapter of this book and had to put it down. If you’re looking for real insight into personal athletic performance, this isn’t the book. If you’re looking for a typical self-help book full of trite pop psychology, this is probably for you.

  3. Training tips and exercises are paired with the psychological aspect of sports. Put your game into perspective.

  4. Everyone Hates a Ball Hog but they All Love a Scorer: The Complete Guide to Scoring Points on and off the Basketball Court

Just like Everyone Hates a Ball Hog but They All Love a Scorer Mind gym points out the importance of the mental aspect of the sport. Alot of athletes do not realize the importance of being mentally prepared to compete but these books show you how and why.
