  1. The product I ordered was in good condition as described, and arrived in a timely manner.
    Rating: 5 / 5

  2. This book is very similar to the other Psyche books. Very easy to read, not so easy to implement.
    Rating: 4 / 5

  3. Very good, but too repetitive. I also read Fearless Golf by Gio Valiante which is a much better read with more meat in my opinion.

  4. This book is not a good book, it is a great book. It won’t tell you how to mechannically play better golf but it will tell you the results of poor attitues and habits that we all have which limit our ability to play our best. I recomend this book to all those folks that throw clubs, spit nasty words, or just become slightly unnerved. There is more to this book than that but you will have to read it to find out.

  5. i can appreciate his psychological points in the book. “Play to play great” about sums it up. the problem is, he doesn’t really tell you how to bend your mind to achieve these concepts. you can tell anybody all these great ideas, but if they don’t tell you how to get there, you will still blow it out of bounds.

i’ve also read “Zen Golf” and this book is far superior IMHO. Zen Golf actually gives you methods for training your mind to deal with pressure, to deal with nerves, and to build confidence, among other things. Rotella only provides you with great concepts. “Love your putter and your wedges.” okay, so i love them, now what? “Nothing will upset me today no matter what happens on the course”. okay, i have implemented an attitude adjustment. but my game still sucks. Read Zen Golf. it will teach how to free your mind from all that mental chatter. and learning psychological principals is all about HOW TO THINK, not what to think.
