Mario Golf Toadstool Tour: Blooper Bay 9:42.52 (back 9)

I played MGTT for the first time in four months and beat my Blooper Bay front tees normal greens time by 40 seconds. It was a pretty clean round score and time wise, with the exception of holes 15-17. I used star Yoshi with basic clubs only. I want to get a lot better at speed golf this summer.

  1. Great round of golfing, I should learn a thing or two from you. By the way, looking at your videos, I see you have MG64 and the GCN one but, do you have the portable ones? I´m playing advance tour now and it´s pretty neat but I can´t beat the hole in 2 challenge: it was a nightmare on Toadstool tour, and it´s even harder on the GBA. To top that, you are forced to do it with Neil which the more you level up him, the strongest his fade goes, making it impossible to aim . Can you help?

  2. the ball bounces unusually far in MGAT, so it would help to use backspin to get the ball to stay on the green. hopefully you didn’t invest too much on spin for your character (you shouldn’t be investing anything into it). if the backspin is a little too much, try using a higher club (like going from PW to 9 or 8 iron) and hit at less than full power. the amount of backspin from more powerful clubs is less, and often times, the ball will stop rather than backspin too far.
